Where do you deliver and what are your delivery fees?
We are a Leicester based company and offer delivery throughout the whole of Leicester-shire. Please view our Delivery and Collection Policy for our delivery fees
Outside of Leicester or can't see your postcode? No problem - email us or use the Contact Us Form. Be sure to include the full address in your inquiry and we will advised travel costs.
What days do you deliver?
Graze boxes and Platters are delivered Saturday and Sunday from 10am - 6pm. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate requests for specific time deliveries. Please ensure someone will be home to receive your delivery as we cannot leave any boxes or platters unattended outdoors.
We offer weekday orders on Friday's, collection only for Graze Boxes and Platters from LE5. Weekday orders are to be collected between 6pm - 8pm
When do I need to order by?
Please place your order as soon as possible as we work on a first come first serve basis. We have a cut off time of 3pm for next day orders for Graze Boxes and Platters.
Can we request specific items for our graze boxes and platters?
YES! Please share your vision with us and we will try our best to accommodate! Please email us or use the ‘contact us’ box below
Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
Should you make any mistakes or want to change the delivery address you need to let us know 48 hours before the delivery. Delivery address changes will be confirmed by a member of our team. If the new delivery address does not fall into our free delivery range, a delivery charge will incur which will need to be paid before delivery.
Do you have any Food and Safety qualifications?
Yes absolutely! Our customers health and safety is our number 1 priority. We have met all current requirements and have a Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering which was completed in 2020.
Allergens and food intolerances
Please notify us of any allergy and dietary requests at checkout or via email before you place an order. If you have a severe allergy please beware that we cannot guarantee if a product is completely free of traces of the main 16 allergens listed below:
Cereals containing gluten (including
Wheat, rye, barley and oats)
Tree nuts (including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts)
Sulphur dioxide and sulphites
The Graze Box cannot be held responsible for any reactions to our food if we have not been notified of any allergies or dietary requirements during the booking process.
How do I order a grazing table?
Email us at email@example.com and include what type of event you are hosting/attending, the date, location, number of people and time you need the graze table set up for. (please include any food intolerances or special requests). Please read through our Grazing Table page for more information.
